3. Your subscription renews automatically

Your selected plan is renewed every month.

4. A new selection is prepared

Contents may vary each month, giving you the opportunity to discover different products.

5. Cancel after the minimum subscription period

Once the first two months have been completed, you may request cancellation in accordance with the terms below.

B-Chill Mystery Box Subscription Terms

⚠️ Please read these conditions carefully before subscribing.

The B-Chill Mystery Box is a monthly subscription with a minimum term of 2 months, corresponding to the purchase of at least two consecutive Mystery Boxes.

The subscription is automatically renewed every month at the price of your selected Bronze, Silver or Gold plan.

After the minimum two-month period, the customer may request cancellation of the subscription.

The cancellation request must be submitted to B-Chill at least 30 days before the relevant upcoming renewal date.

Any payment due during the notice period remains payable, and the corresponding Mystery Box will be prepared and shipped as usual.

Cancellation takes effect once the minimum subscription period has been completed and the applicable notice period has expired.

By subscribing to the B-Chill Mystery Box, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these subscription terms as well as the applicable B-Chill Terms and Conditions.

Why Is There a 2-Month Minimum Term?

From the very first delivery, the Mystery Box provides products with an estimated value higher than the amount paid.

Depending on the selected plan, this represents approximately 20%, 30% or up to 50% extra value.

The two-month minimum term allows B-Chill to maintain these attractive subscription benefits while preparing new selections for subscribers every month.
