How can I place an order on B-Chill?

How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not yet been prepared or shipped. Please contact us as quickly as possible so that we can check whether a modification or cancellation is still possible.
How can I track my order?
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number when available.

How long does delivery take in Switzerland?
Orders are generally delivered within 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.
Do you also deliver to Europe?
Yes, we deliver to several European countries. Available destinations are shown during the checkout process.
How long does delivery to Europe take?
The average delivery time is approximately 5 to 7 business days, depending on the destination country.
Are parcels shipped discreetly?
Yes. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging.
What should I do if my parcel does not arrive?

🌿 CBD Products
What is CBD?
CBD (cannabidiol) is a cannabinoid naturally found in the hemp plant. Unlike THC, CBD is not used for a psychoactive effect.
Are B-Chill products legal?
Yes. The products available in our shop are marketed in accordance with the applicable regulations in Switzerland.
What is the difference between Indoor, Greenhouse and Outdoor?
These terms refer to the cultivation method used for CBD flowers: Indoor means grown indoors, Greenhouse means grown in a greenhouse, and Outdoor means grown outdoors.
How should I store my CBD products?
Store your products in a cool, dry place away from light to preserve their properties as well as possible.
Are CBD products medicines?
No. The products offered by B-Chill are not medicines and are not intended to replace medical treatment.
